Refund Policy
At Valenza Business Development Services, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality services. We understand that there may be occasions when you may not be fully satisfied with our offerings. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted, in accordance with Republic Act No. 7394, otherwise known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines, which governs the protection of consumer rights.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered: If you have paid for a service that was not delivered by Valenza within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Non-Satisfactory Service: If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or expectations outlined in the service contract or agreement.
- Billing Errors: If there are discrepancies or errors in billing or payment processing.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Submit a written refund request to our customer service team at valenzabds@gmail.com within 30 days of the payment date.
- Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, service description, payment details, and the reason for the refund request.
- Review Period: Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. We may request additional information or documentation to process your request.
Refund Approval
Refunds will be granted at the discretion of Valenza based on the evaluation of the request. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the approval date.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial consultations or advisory sessions are non-refundable.
- Completed Services: Services that have been fully rendered and completed as per the contract are not eligible for refunds.
- Third-Party Services: Fees paid for third-party services or products procured on your behalf are non-refundable.
Amendments
Valenza reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
